Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery.

 

PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED / EXCHANGED ONLY IF:

• Product is damaged during transit.

• Product has a manufacturing defect.

• Wrong product has been delivered.

FOR EXCHANGE:

• Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.

• ₹100/200 courier and handling charges will apply.

• Customer must return the product to the address provided by our support team.

 

 

PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED / EXCHANGED IF:

• Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

• Product is used, washed, damaged, or not in its original condition.

• Original tags or packaging are missing.

• Issue is not verified by our support team.

• Order via Gift cards and discount codes

• Order has been shipped and customer wants to cancel it or mind change.

 


 

REFUND POLICY:

• Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping charges (including free shipping offered by us) will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Customer is responsible for returning the product to the provided return address.
